About My Clients
You know you’re meant for more than this. God you hope so. Meanwhile, your friends are patting you on the back telling you everything will be fine. FUCK fine. You want a life of passion, power and meaning and you’re sick of people trying to talk you out of it. Or you’re scared it’s only meant for some and you don’t qualify. My love, no one can live your life for you and no one can live it but you. It’s time. And you know it. But you’re tired and can’t figure this out alone.
My Background and Approach
Together, we'll take all that’s against you—the angst, the critic, the chronic pain, what you've been trying to outrun—and discover it was never standing in the way. It was the way. You'll learn to hear what your suffering is asking of you, and through that uncover the power, direction, and artistry you’ve been languishing over lacking, here all along. With the help of depth psychotherapy, nature-based ritual, and embodiment practices, your life will become a work of art—where you are both the artist and the masterpiece. Reach out for a free consultation to begin the journey of making beauty of your pain.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Inner Alchemy: Most therapists focus on solutions; I focus on transformation. I won't reframe your anxiety; I will help you listen to what it is asking for. Symptoms as Repressed Power: I view depression and pain as expressions of the soul—power that was locked away for survival, now longing to be integrated and embodied. Playful Paradox: I use playfulness and "big permission" to subvert the inner critic, often advocating for the "unenlightened" parts of the self to find the hidden gold within them. Ecopsychological Grounding: My practice treats the human psyche in ecological terms, using ceremony, ritual, and land-based practices to transform the "deserts" of self-doubt into fertile landscapes of creativity. Relational Authenticity: Sessions are experiential and "un-manualized." You might get up from your chair, lay down for hypnosis, or engage in "unmasked" relational work that transcends traditional talk therapy.
