About My Clients
I have worked with many adolescents, adults, families, and couples struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, communication difficulties, low self-esteem, and challenges specific to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
My main treatment modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I place high emphasis on the reduction of shame and minimizing self-stigmatization, as these are typically some of a patient's largest barriers to achieving therapeutic success.
