About My Clients
As a therapist, I have a client-centered approach and work as a strengths-based and trauma-informed practitioner, eclectically incorporating methods that meet the needs of each individual. Methods that I gravitate to include Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), EMDR, transpersonal, and depth psychology. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, neurodivergent women and teens, and LGBTQ+ folx .
My Background and Approach
I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals seeking support with emotional challenges, life transitions, and patterns that feel difficult to overcome. My clinical work is grounded in nervous system regulation, attachment-based understanding, and evidence-based practices, with a focus on supporting individuals who experience the world deeply and intensely. Therapy provides a structured, supportive space for you to explore your experiences, build insight, and develop tools for meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I approach all work with an intersectional trauma-informed lens, remaining mindful of intersecting areas of macro systemic trauma and oppression that impact individuals at a micro level. I work actively as a clinician to create a safe space for all individuals to heal and grow through an equal partnership built on trusting collaboration. My clinical work is grounded in nervous system regulation, attachment-based understanding, and evidence-based practices, with a focus on supporting individuals who experience the world deeply and intensely. I enjoy integrated a psycho-spiritual approach into depth work. I am a clinical therapist that has an expansive background in clinical work, while simultaneously integrating and practicing in a separate capacity with psycho-spiritual and metaphysical healing arts.
