About My Clients
My clients have dealt with life's trials and tribulations: none too big or too small to be addressed compassionately with an open mind in therapy. I work with ages 12 and up. My clients have been in therapy before, but are often relieved to feel a true connection with me as I help them sift through life's uncertainties. I offer virtual therapy and in-person, outdoor therapy in the Gulfport/St. Pete area.
My Background and Approach
I originally became a therapist to help people love themselves. Since then, I have collected a variety of skills to utilize in my eclectic practice. No one modality fits all, so I find that having a variety of modalities in my tool kit helps me reach each client's specific, unique, and beautiful needs. I offer virtual therapy and in-person, outdoor therapy in the Gulfport/St. Pete area.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all trauma is valid. I believe that all humans deserve to feel safe and loved in their bodies. I understand the systemic problems in our country that cause a lot of us to feel isolated, attacked, and unheard. I am here to connect with you, help you feel safe so that you can heal, and most of all to allow you the space to be heard. I believe that nature provides the perfect space for healing, so I offer virtual therapy and in-person, outdoor therapy in the Gulfport/St. Pete area.
