I work with both individuals and couples utilizing a collaborative, client centered approach. I have experience working with folks of many different ages, backgrounds, and genders, and I am especially passionate about working with people who are looking to explore issues around sexuality.
My Background and Approach
I take a modern, person-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy. In my practice, I strive to co-create a safer, judgment-free environment that is conducive to moving through emotional blocks, overcoming past traumas, and letting go of patterns that no longer serve you. The resources we need to heal and to connect already lie within all of us—sometimes we just need a little help in identifying, accessing, and using them.
