My Background and Approach
My primary goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your experiences and emotions. Recognizing that each person is unique, I adapt my approach to meet you at your current stage of readiness. I use a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. I am actively pursuing board certification in Neurofeedback.
