My practice is LGBTQ+ allied, sex-positive, kink-friendly, and welcoming to all. I also support couples exploring open relationships (ENM), polyamory, and other non-traditional relationship structures. Licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.

I believe that every client brings a unique set of strengths and challenges, which is why I take a personalized approach to therapy. My practice is rooted in a person-centered orientation, with a strong emphasis on experiential therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). As a certified Sexologist, I take a holistic view of well-being, recognizing that our mind, body, relationships, and environment are all interconnected. I specialize in working with individuals and couples, helping them navigate their relationships—with themselves and with others. As a Couples and Family Therapist, my role is to guide you in understanding the dynamics of your relationships and fostering deeper connection and communication.
