About My Clients
I work with adults who feel internally overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense to them. Many of my clients live with ADHD, have experienced trauma, or struggle with attachment wounds, identity transitions, or a persistent sense of disconnection from themselves. They are often insightful and motivated, but insight alone hasn’t created the relief or stability they’re seeking. My clients are looking for therapy that goes deeper and are ready to put in the work!
My Background and Approach
I have experience working in private practice and provide therapy that is person-centered, relational, and intuitive. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, not where you feel you should be. My approach is flexible and responsive, shaped by what you bring into the room rather than a rigid agenda or one-size-fits-all model. I work collaboratively with clients, paying close attention to patterns, nervous system responses, and what feels most alive or stuck in the moment. I’m intuitive in my style and trust the therapeutic relationship as a key part of the healing process. I aim to create a space that feels safe, authentic, and grounded, while still supporting meaningful growth. I am direct and will challenge you when it’s helpful, but I do so with care, humor, and respect. My goal is not to push or fix, but to gently help you gain clarity, build self-trust, and move toward change that feels sustainable and aligned.
