About My Clients
I work with teens (10+), young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence. Many of my clients come after experiencing life transitions, identity or faith shifts, or ongoing stress that impacts focus, relationships, and confidence. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can uncover patterns, develop coping strategies, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your daily life
My Background and Approach
I use a DBT-informed approach and also draw on IFS, expressive arts therapy, and mindfulness, and I am certified in EMDR and ERP. Together, we explore patterns, navigate overlapping challenges, and develop practical tools to manage distress in a supportive, collaborative environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a grounded, compassionate, collaborative space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Whether you’re processing trauma or managing anxiety, therapy can help you feel safer and less alone. Outside the office, my poodle, the outdoors, and copious amounts of Diet Coke keep me grounded.
