About My Clients
I am most helpful to teens, women, and parents who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and/or relationship challenges. In my experience, those who are highly motivated to make changes and collaborate tend to see the most benefits from therapy.
My Background and Approach
My approach is to view each individual holistically, taking into account family history, background, strengths, personality, and goals. Theories of choice include: solution-focused, client-centered, with an emphasis on DBT.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs align with Christianity and biblical truth. I am happy to incorporate faith upon request!
