About My Clients
Many emerging adults struggle during the transition from adolescence to adulthood. They spend their days feeling anxious and unfulfilled, falling back on patterns that no longer work for them. If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, identity development or unresolved trauma, there is a path forward. You might feel like you keep trying to make changes in your life, and maybe things will go well for a while, but nothing sticks. You're motivated to change, you just need some extra guidance.
My Background and Approach
Navigating young adulthood while healing from trauma can be a complex journey. I am here as an advocate for your growth. Together, we'll set realistic goals, celebrate victories, and build a roadmap towards a hopeful future. My work with clients at the partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care has given me experience with clients who have a variety of different mental health concerns. I believe in a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that trauma affects mind, body, and spirit. Our sessions will integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, mindfulness practices, and self-care strategies tailored to your unique needs. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, with a focus on rehabilitating attachment wounds through an empathetic, genuine, and attuned therapeutic relationship. I use experiential methods, including meditation, walk-and-talk therapy, games, and art, and I incorporate DBT coping skills.
