About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt, and with couples facing communication struggles, disconnection, or repeating relationship patterns. I support clients in reconnecting with themselves, managing emotions, and building more authentic, fulfilling relationships. My clients are curious, introspective, and ready to grow in self-awareness and connection with others.
My Background and Approach
I’m Sienna, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Counseling. I blend research-backed tools from the Gottman Method for couples with somatic therapy, breathwork to regulate the nervous system, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and integrate different parts of yourself. My work helps clients navigate anxiety, stress, emotional patterns, and disconnection in a grounded, embodied way. Therapy is collaborative and experiential — we focus on meaningful shifts that ripple into daily life, improving relationships with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is more than talking; it’s about creating space to experience real change in the body and mind. Everyone has inner resources and wisdom, even when life feels overwhelming or disconnection has set in. Healing happens when we meet ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and courage, rather than judgment. I value authenticity, empathy, and collaboration in therapy, and I aim to help clients reconnect with themselves, communicate with clarity, and build relationships that nourish rather than deplete. My goal is to help people live in alignment with who they truly are
