About My Clients
I practice a collaborative form of therapy, requiring the active engagement of both myself and my clients. I have particular success with people who already have some degree of intellectual insight about themselves but who have difficulty tapping into their emotional mind and balancing the two - developing their wise mind.

My practice is most informed by mindfulness, in order to help you: develop your “wise mind”, improve your ability to choose effective responses and behaviors, increase resilience and master adaptation to change, increase emotional awareness, increase compassion for self and others, increase connection with others, recognize and accept what is, and find peace of mind in any circumstance, live a more authentic, joyful, and purposeful life!
