About My Clients
You or your child may be dealing with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, difficult family dynamics or a transition that has shaken confidence and direction. School, social life, work and relationships can all feel harder when emotions are intense or needs are difficult to express. I work with children, teens and adults who want a welcoming space to understand what is happening, communicate more clearly and build skills that feel usable.
My Background and Approach
My approach is compassionate, relatable and active. I combine CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology and REBT, and I use play-based work with younger clients. We may name an anxiety cycle, practice expressing a need, build emotional awareness or break a challenge into steps that feel manageable. I do not force quick solutions. I help you understand the root of a problem, recognize strengths and find tools that fit your age, identity and day-to-day life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where your thoughts, feelings and story receive full attention. Children and adults alike need space to be taken seriously without being made to feel broken. I value warmth, curiosity and the courage it takes to show up honestly. My goal is to help you leave with more clarity and confidence while preserving the parts of you that are playful, creative and still learning. Visit my website to book your first session with me.
