I'll tell you the truth. Tired of people lying to you? HEARD. I'll hold you accountable. You ready to switch it up? PERFECT; let's talk about what's been getting in the way. I won't tell you what to do; you're an adult. If you don't start the car, we will not be going anywhere.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'll accept you exactly as you are right now — not future you, current you! If you're tired of performing, people pleasing, and waiting for permission to put YOU first— I might be the therapist for you. But, make sure you're ready to work; showing up is the bare minimum.
