I have been there myself and will help guide you through your own therapeutic journey where you will come out on the other side, ditch the mask, and step into your more fulfilled authentic life. I have created a place where you can check shame at the door and enter a safe space with zero judgement. We will explore your emotions at a pace that is not overwhelming while simultaneously managing the effect they have on your daily life. I can handle anything you tell me. I want to show you there is a way to free yourself from the paralyzing sadness that leaves you feeling stuck. I have been specializing in and treating various mental health issues for the past ten years and the reason I continue to do this work is because of people like you that bravely seek therapy and thus give me the opportunity to witness the results that follow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe at the core we are all good people. I believe we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have in this present moment. While we all may be products of our childhood, as adults, we have the free will to create a future of our making. I believe that every person has the potential for change. I have witnessed powerful healing and growth in my presence. I have learned and earned experience as a therapist and as a client myself. As a child who fought to survive my own mental health issues, I believe that freeing yourself from shame and fear is a human right. I do not discriminate against anyone and accept all for who they authentically are. As an active member of the LGBTQIA community, I am a strong advocate who believes all voices need to be heard.
