About My Clients

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in your relationships? Do anxiety and past experiences keep holding you back? I work with adults and couples navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship challenges. My clients are often deep thinkers, seeking relief and lasting change. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build resilience, and foster healing so you can move forward with confidence. Therapy should feel safe, empowering, and transformative.

My Background and Approach

I am a provisionally licensed clinical mental health counselor with a diverse educational background, having studied in both Europe and the U.S. This allows me to blend the depth and person-centered focus of European psychotherapy with the structured, goal-oriented approach often emphasized in the U.S I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodrama, and Transactional Analysis. My approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential, helping clients heal attachment wounds, shift unhelpful patterns, and build authentic relationships. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or emotional roadblocks, I’ll help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want. Therapy should be both insightful and transformative, and I’m here to guide you through that process.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of growth, healing, and human connection. We all carry past experiences that shape us, but they don’t have to define us. I value authenticity, compassion, and deep self-understanding, both in my personal life and in my work as a therapist. I also believe therapy should be a space of safety and inclusivity. I am committed to supporting individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I stand for mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and making therapy accessible. My own journey of career change, life transitions, and personal healing has shaped my approach to therapy—I know how transformative it can be. Outside of my work, I appreciate mindfulness, movement, and time with my family. If you’re ready to explore therapy, I’d be honored to support you.
