About My Clients
My clients can range in age from 12 all the way up to late 50s. I enjoy working with people of all ages and in different stages of their lives including but not limited to becoming a new parent, relationships, starting a new job, difficulties in high school/college, grief/loss, adjusting/transitions and more. I invite you to complete an intake with me so that we can see if it is a good fit for us both and then we can decide together. =)
My Background and Approach
My approach is to use tactics that are simple to explain and easy to apply and I enjoy sharing videos that you can use at a later time to review until our next session. My goal is to help you resolve your concerns and worries to get you back to where you want to be and transition you out of therapy or follow up as needed. Most patients experience changes in symptoms within the first 6 weeks of therapy and can transition to biweekly therapy soon after.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe space to talk about their concerns and thoughts without fear of being judged. I respect all despite their age, race, culture, or gender.
