I work with adults who are ready to understand what’s underneath the surface and create real, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned. I don’t just focus on what’s happening in your life. I help you understand why it’s happening and how your past experiences may still be shaping your present. I use attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This means we’ll explore the different parts of you, the ones that feel anxious, shut down, critical, or overwhelmed—and begin to understand how they’ve been trying to protect you. Instead of pushing those parts away, we create a sense of safety so real healing can happen. Over time, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, more in control of your emotions, and more secure in your relationships. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, compassionate, and empowering.
