About My Clients

I connect best with individuals navigating big life transitions: trauma recovery, relationship shifts, navigating addiction, or other identity shifts. Many of my clients are in midlife, often after years of caregiving, and are ready to reconnect with themselves. They’re often spiritually curious, growth-minded, and longing for depth, meaning, and authentic connection. You may feel right at home here if you're ready to be seen, supported, and gently guided back to your inner strength.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master’s in Counseling, bring a background in business operations, and am a lifetime artist, both of which help me support clients in the emotional and practical aspects of change. I’m trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and experiential approach. This means our work together is collaborative, heart-centered, and focused on helping you reclaim your voice, find meaning in your pain, and move forward with clarity and purpose. I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s wrong with you; it’s about creating space to reconnect with what’s always been right. I work well with those ready to look beneath the surface, reflect deeply, and create lasting shifts. Whether you're carrying grief, navigating trauma, struggling in your relationship, or simply unsure who you’re becoming, I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, and a steady presence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is sacred, justice is essential, and everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and empowered. I’m a queer-affirming, body-liberation aligned, trauma-informed counselor who holds space for the complexities of identity, grief, and transformation. I support the Black Lives Matter movement, 2SLGBTQIA+ rights, reproductive justice, and the dismantling of systems that cause harm. I believe in the power of community care, spiritual depth, and reconnecting with the wisdom of the body and the earth. I also facilitate sober-curious spaces and community rituals that honor collective healing. My work is deeply guided by empathy, integrity, and the belief that we heal better when we heal together.
