I am competent in treating mood disorders , relationship issues and many kinds of life transitions that include breakups, career changes and other phase of life difficulties. Therapy with me feels casual and free flowing.
My Background and Approach
Starting and staying in therapy can be intimidating! It doesn’t have to be that way. I enjoy using humor and just being a fellow human with my clients while we navigate the path of mental health together.I strongly believe that the connection between the therapist and yourself is the most crucial aspect of a successful therapeutic relationship.
