My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist (LMFT & LPCC) with specialized training in CBT, DBT, and evidence-based approaches for anxiety, ADHD, screen addiction, and relationship challenges. I’ve worked with teens, adults, couples, and families, helping them break painful patterns and build skills that truly make daily life easier. My background in psychoeducation allows me to explain concepts clearly so you understand why you’re struggling—not just what to do about it.
