About My Clients
I can help you begin to take steps forward to feel better and cope more effectively with difficult situations. Together, we can explore a variety of emotional issues in a warm and supportive environment. We will identify tools and strategies to achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I provide individual and group psychotherapy to young adults (18+) and adults across the lifespan, including older adults.
My Background and Approach
My advanced training and many years of experience as a licensed psychologist enable me to practice evidence-based treatment approaches to help you with your unique needs and challenges. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and adjustment to life transitions. I also work with acculturation and sexual orientation issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All of the therapists at The Snow Psychology Group are fully trained and independently licensed. Our psychologists are licensed to provide telehealth services to those in MD/DC/VA and over 25 other participating PSYPACT states. We have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, ACT, mindfulness, Gottman method couples therapy, as well as supportive psychotherapies. Our therapists are experienced at tailoring their specific approach to the needs of each individual and we strive to match each patient with the therapist in our practice who would be the best fit for them.
