My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, strength based, and process focused. I make every effort to create an environment that meets the clients’ and therapists’ needs and goals.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client centered and relational. My lens is systemic, trauma informed and I practice from existential and attachment based perspective. My area of focus include couple therapy and adults (18 and up). I have extensive experience with relationship dynamics, grief and loss, life transitions, and interracial relationships. I am honored to walk this path with individuals, couples, and families anywhere in WA.
