My Background and Approach
I work with my clients in a safe and warm therapeutic environment to make step-by-step changes for a better tomorrow. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to empower them to resolve their problems. I will teach them mindfulness and effective coping skills to regulate their emotions and respond differently to their problems.
