I specialize in helping adults and adolescents navigate mental health struggles with a holistic approach, offering evidence-based treatments. My focus is on creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered on their journey toward healing and wellness.
My Background and Approach
As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I hold advanced certifications in psychiatric nursing, alongside a Master’s degree in Nursing. With over 1 year of clinical experience, I specialize in diagnosing and treating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’m trained in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Medication Management, to help clients achieve sustainable mental health improvements. My experience includes working with diverse populations, such as adolescents, adults, and individuals managing chronic conditions, ensuring that I can provide personalized, comprehensive care for each client’s unique needs. By combining a compassionate, client-centered approach with practical strategies, I empower clients to better understand their mental health, improve coping skills, and enhance their overall quality of life. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients, offering both support and effective solutions.

I believe in fostering a safe, inclusive space where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered in their mental health journey. My practice is grounded in respect for diverse backgrounds and identities, and I actively support the LGBTQ+ community, racial justice movements like Black Lives Matter, and the fight for equitable healthcare access for all. Outside of my clinical work, I volunteer with mental health awareness initiatives, providing resources and support for suicide prevention and crisis intervention. I am dedicated to advocating for mental wellness through community outreach, education, and partnerships that break down stigma. Together, we can work toward healing and resilience, while embracing each person’s unique narrative.
