About My Clients

Many of my clients are high-achieving Asian and Asian American professionals who are used to prioritizing others over themselves. They come looking to understand the toll that ambition and responsibility have taken, while still honoring their drive, values, and sense of purpose.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is relational, culturally attuned, and body based. I work with people who have spent years in overdrive, often balancing ambition, responsibility, and care for others while losing touch with their own needs. Therapy offers a space to pause, slow the nervous system, and tend to what has been set aside so life can feel more aligned and alive. I am a licensed psychologist with training in relational, somatic, and attachment informed approaches, and I offer a free 20 to 30 minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work is grounded in an anti oppressive and socially aware approach to care. I understand distress as shaped not only by individual experience, but also by broader systems and cultural contexts that influence access to safety, rest, and self determination. In therapy, we work to name and contextualize these influences so they are not carried as personal failure. I support clients in rooting in their identities and lived experiences as a foundation for agency, alignment, and more expansive ways of relating to themselves, their relationships, and the world.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
