About My Clients
I specialize in working with people navigating reproductive experiences like abortion, pregnancy loss, infertility, new parenthood, or choosing to be childfree. Many are LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent, seeking a space where they feel seen, supported, and affirmed. Some come for coping tools; others for creative ways to express what feels too big for words. All are looking for care that meets them with warmth and respect.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in reproductive mental health—including abortion, pregnancy loss, infertility, new parenthood, and being childfree. My approach is feminist, relational, and person-centered. I work from the belief that healing happens in connection and that your story deserves to be held with care. I explore how systems of oppression—like patriarchy, white supremacy, ableism, queerphobia, and anti-fatness—shape mental health and reproductive experiences. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and aligned with Health at Every Size and disability justice. I offer a space where grief, identity, and complexity are welcome, and where therapy might include talk, coping skills, or creative expression—whatever supports your healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of my role as a therapist, I’m deeply connected to ritual, community care, and creative expression. I serve as a miscarriage and bereavement doula and ceremonialist, supporting people through grief and transition in ways that honor emotional, spiritual, and ancestral dimensions. I also work as a matchmaker for a local Jewish organization, primarily supporting queer, neurodivergent, and childfree folks in building meaningful relationships and community. I’m queer, neurodivergent, and passionate about collective healing that resists individualism, perfectionism, and systems of oppression. My work is grounded in feminist, liberatory, and justice-centered values, shaped by the wisdom of reproductive and disability justice movements. I also foster cats and care deeply about animal rescue—tending to both human and non-human life with compassion. In my free time, I love being with family, playing with my cats, watching movies, and exploring Philadelphia.
