About My Clients
Relationships can be the source of our deepest joy or most profound pain. It is my passion to accompany couples and support them in the life-changing work of growing their relationship. My Background and Approach
I bring a warm, calm, and supportive demeanor and I am dedicated to helping you identify and reach your therapy goals. I enjoy tailoring counseling to my client's unique needs and frequently use Mindfulness and CBT. I have Level 2 training in Gottman Couples Counseling and love incorporating Emotionally Focused Therapy into my work as well. Clients leave my sessions more in touch with their own feelings, needs, and desires. They take home practical tools for implementing this greater level of clarity and self-awareness into their everyday lives.
