About My Clients
Our clients are people trying their best to balance it all, still feeling the weight of the world and feels that they are slowly crashing and burning. Whether it's anxiety, sadness, irritability, anger family struggles, relationship challenges, work-life balance,etc. Trying to balance as a minority in America just adds another layer to your already heavy load. My Background and Approach
As a LMFT, I am a systems thinker, meaning I work to understand all the variables in your life that may have brought you to this moment you are in right now. Understanding cultural variables as a BIPOC woman, I use empathy as a means to connect with people in all walks of life. By then integrating the Emotional/Spiritual component, I help my clients to gain a better sense of where they've been so they can be more excited about where they are going. Through utilization of CBT methods, Solution-focused therapy and Wholistic alternatives, I combine all of these methods to help generate a unique and wholistic healing path for those I work with.
