About My Clients
I specialize in Trauma, Personality Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Thought Disorders, and Addiction. Anyone that feels like they are losing control in any area of their life, I understand. We have all been there. And we all have the answers on what we need to do to change inside of us. We just need someone to guide us through. I can be your guide. Reach out to me. My Background and Approach
I work with clients from an Adlerian approach and use mainly Schema Therapy. I also use techniques from Individual Psychology, Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and others. I feel that when someone understands why they engage in a certain behavior, it is easier to for them to change that behavior. By figuring out where and when that behavior was learned, someone is able to see that the behavior may not be useful to them anymore. Thus giving that person the "ok" to change.
