I majorly practice through the lens of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based therapy. I am experienced in working with mood/anxiety disorders, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, couples and relationship issues, cultural issues, as well as gender-related topics.
