About My Clients
You can work with me as an individual, couple, or family. I support clients facing relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional difficulties, and moments where you may simply want to better understand yourself and your patterns. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel relevant to your real life.
My Background and Approach
With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Regent University. In therapy with me, you’ll be met exactly where you are. I use an integrative approach that includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems work, person-centered approaches, and motivational interviewing. This allows your sessions to be flexible, thoughtful, and tailored to what you need most, while ensuring you feel heard, understood, and supported.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My aim is to help you develop the tools, clarity, and confidence you need to move forward with greater balance and intention.
