About My Clients
My clients are incredible people who I take pride in helping. Everyone can use help and support in life, however, having the courage to see a therapist and take even 1 step in the right direction is amazing!
My Background and Approach
I come with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Social Work, and 15 years of experience working with people and clients with a variety of issues. They they include Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. I also have experience with a variety of populations, including adults, children, parents, and relationships. I'm terms of modality I use CBT and DBT informed techniques and Expose Therapy for trauma. However, all sessions revolve mostly around Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered, and Strengths based approaches. In simple terms, this indicates that the client is empowered with self determination and self advocacy.
