Therapy offers many tools and techniques. The strongest tool is the therapeutic relationship. I start by building a therapeutic relationship with my clients by getting to know you. It is important that you feel safe and heard without judgment. I can offer that environment. An environment where you are no longer bound to the restrictions of the uncomfortable. I will meet you where you are in your journey and offer you tools and techniques for success.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the power to change. I think that some people need to be reminded of this. People can get in a rut of beliefs. Believing that they are not worthy enough, smart enough, assertive enough, or motivated enough to go after what they want. It can seem like others are better equipped to handle life. However, I believe that, with help, people can start to view themselves as worthy, smart, assertive, motivated, and equipped. I have seen firsthand what can happen when a person stops blocking themselves from their dreams of living life to the fullest. One way to stop blocking yourself is to stop comparing yourself to others. I fully believe the potential for happiness is within.
