About My Clients
I work with women healing from narcissistic abuse, emotional neglect, trauma, grief, and painful family or relationship patterns. You may feel emotionally exhausted from gaslighting, invalidation, criticism, self-doubt, or never feeling “good enough.” Many clients are grieving emotionally unavailable or narcissistic relationships while trying to rebuild self-worth, clarity, and trust in themselves. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with experience helping adults navigate trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief, emotional neglect, and painful relationship patterns. I also hold additional certification in grief counseling and specialize in supporting women healing from emotionally unavailable or narcissistic relationships, including the lasting effects of childhood trauma and the mother wound. My counseling style is gentle, supportive, and trauma-informed. I recognize that every person’s experiences, personality, and healing process are different, so I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple. My approach integrates insight, emotional processing, self-reflection, and practical tools to help clients strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-worth, and create healthier relationships. Therapy can be a space to gain clarity, process grief, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel heard, respected, and emotionally safe. My work is rooted in compassion, honesty, and supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, grief, emotional neglect, and painful relationship experiences. I value meaningful connection, self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and helping clients move toward greater peace, self-trust, and emotional well-being.
