About My Clients
We all desire love and acceptance. My passion is assisting couples in identifying, creating and maintaining the relationships they desire. I'm passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves so they attract the work, peer, familial and intimate relationships they desire. My support comes judgement free and full of curiosity. I love working with clients that are in the process of self-discovery, as well as clients that desire greater clarity and awareness.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is an integrative approach that focuses on being authentic, open, honest and experiential as well as exploring with clients the mind, body, spirit connection. I utilize humor and self-disclosure as appropriate for the client and situation. Ultimately, my work with the client is focused on assisting them in making sense of their current challenges, identifying their desired outcomes and working with them through the process of accepting what may not be in their control while helping to build their momentum behind issues and decisions that they are able to control. This is done through building a healthy, therapeutic relationship where trust and flexibility are at the foundation. Essentially, it’s a partnership with a shared common goal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone already has everything they need to solve their problems within them. I think often life and circumstances can create obstacles and barriers which can lead to doubt, insecurities and unmanaged frustrations. I also believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in every area of life. I believe our experiences shape us, may even change us, but do not have the power to reduce us, unless we take on that perspective. I believe that we're all interconnected on this journey called life. The only way we make it through, is to work interdependently, collaborating with one another.
