I have a deep understanding and expertise in supporting parents in various aspects of their parenting journey. I have a genuine interest in helping new parents navigate the challenges and complexities of raising children. My knowledge and experience enable me to provide guidance, tools, and strategies for effective communication, discipline, building strong parent-child relationships, and addressing specific parenting concerns.

After years of treating couples, I now focus on treating individuals within relationships. Drawing on my knowledge of attachment theory, communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and fostering emotional intimacy, I assist individuals in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their relational patterns. This empowerment enables them to make positive changes and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My skills in helping individuals externalize their problems and view them as separate from their identity; this is done through active listening, empathy, and collaboration, you assist clients in deconstructing unhelpful narratives and co-creating new empowering narratives that align with their values and goals. My expertise in narrative therapy lies in the ability to use this approach to help individuals examine and reconstruct their narratives, empowering them to create new meanings.
