About My Clients
My clients are adults carrying the weight of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles — often for longer than they should have to. If you've been feeling stuck — anxious, exhausted, or haunted by the past — you're in the right place to find a safe place to begin healing. As a bilingual (English/Español) Latina EMDR therapist, I provide 100% telehealth across Massachusetts and Florida.
My Background and Approach
I am dual-licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, and I bring years of experience helping adults navigate some of life's most painful and overwhelming challenges — trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process difficult memories so they no longer disrupt your daily life, your relationships, or your sense of self. My work is trauma-informed and evidence-based, and I draw on Trauma Therapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems, somatic body-based approaches, and culturally sensitive care to meet you exactly where you are. My approach is warm, empathetic, and deeply client-centered. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely safe — not rushed, not judged, and not alone. Every person carries a unique story, and I tailor my approach accordingly.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist who believes healing happens in spaces where people feel truly safe, respected, and understood. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a strong commitment to social justice. As a Latina woman, I value the importance of culture, identity, and lived experience in the healing process. I am an ally to Black communities and the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create an affirming space for clients of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. I believe therapy should honor the whole person — your story, your culture, and your resilience. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients can process trauma, build self-worth, and reconnect with their authentic selves without judgment. Outside of therapy, I’m also a mother and someone who understands the complexity of balancing family, identity, and personal growth.
