About My Clients

I work with adults navigating substance use, addiction, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, grief and loss, emotional regulation, depression, and other co-occurring mental health challenges. I especially enjoy supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to better understand their patterns, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. My practice is a judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My Background and Approach

I am a therapist with experience supporting adults navigating substance use, addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. My clinical experience includes working with individuals in intensive outpatient and outpatient settings, where I have supported clients through recovery, life transitions, emotional distress, and periods of significant change. I take an integrated, compassionate approach to therapy because I understand that substance use and mental health are often interconnected. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences contributing to current challenges while developing healthier coping strategies and practical tools for everyday life. I strive to create a judgment-free environment where clients feel safe being honest, understood, and supported.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I value compassion, authenticity, growth, and meeting people where they are in their journey. I believe therapy is not about changing who you are, but creating a space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and work toward the life you want. I also believe that recovery and healing are not linear. Setbacks, difficult emotions, and periods of uncertainty can be part of the process, and they do not define a person's worth or ability to change. I strive to bring compassion, competence, and confidence into my work each day while creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe being vulnerable and honest. Outside of my clinical work, I value meaningful relationships, continued personal growth, and lifelong learning. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health.
