About My Clients
People who reach out to me are often feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure where to start. You might be navigating anxiety, life transitions, or the emotional weight that comes with chronic illness. I work with children who have big emotions, families who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, and adults who are carrying more than they let on. Many of my clients are used to “holding it together” on the outside while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or uncertain underneath.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across clinical, community, and healthcare settings, including work in homes, hospitals, and youth service programs. I currently lead and support therapists across multiple evidence-based programs, which keeps my work grounded in both clinical quality and real-world application. In sessions, I take a collaborative and relational approach. I don’t believe therapy should feel rigid or one-size-fits-all. Instead, I focus on building a strong connection and adapting the work to what you actually need. I integrate evidence-based practices with expressive and creative approaches, including play, art, and hands-on interventions when helpful. This is especially meaningful for children, but can also support teens and adults in accessing and processing experiences that are hard to put into words. My goal is to create a space that feels steady, grounded, and human—where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin to mov
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel human first. People deserve a space where they can show up as they are—without pressure to perform, explain perfectly, or have it all figured out. I value honesty, curiosity, and meeting people where they are. I believe meaningful change happens in small, steady moments—through connection, reflection, and feeling truly understood. I’m especially passionate about supporting children and families, and about helping individuals navigate the emotional impact of chronic illness and life transitions. Outside of sessions, I’m drawn to creativity and expressive work, which continues to shape how I show up in the therapy space.
