My Background and Approach
Life can be unpredictable, and let’s be honest—therapy can feel a little like dating. It’s not always easy to find the right fit, but I’m here to make that process a little smoother. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work with adolescents, teenagers, and adults, supporting them through sharing thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether we’re using CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, or multicultural counseling, my goal is to help you feel understood and empowered. Starting the process of therapy can be scary, nerve wracking, and intimidating - which is normal. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing what's on your mind, and accepted.
