About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, couples, and parents who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting, and life transitions. As a bilingual therapist and single parent, I’m especially passionate about helping parents break generational patterns, strengthen family connections, and navigate cultural identity, immigration, and differing family values.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the unique needs of each person. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate while also being practical and goal-oriented. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns that contribute to your current struggles while building the skills and confidence needed to create lasting change. I integrate Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based approaches. Whether we're processing past experiences, improving relationships, or learning new coping skills, our work will be guided by your goals and your pace. Therapy begins with a conversation about what brings you in and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that supports your growth while creating a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. Many of the behaviors that cause pain today once developed as ways to cope with difficult experiences. Rather than judging those patterns, I believe in understanding them with curiosity and compassion. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you gain insight, develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and discover the strengths you already possess. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, empathy, and respect because I believe lasting healing begins when people feel genuinely seen and accepted.
