About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and patterns rooted in early experiences and attachment wounds. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and holistic, integrating EMDR, somatic and nervous-system-based interventions, CBT, DBT, and insight-oriented therapy. I’m especially passionate about helping clients better understand the connection between their mind, body, emotions, relationships
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work from a trauma-informed, relational, and holistic lens. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic and nervous-system-based interventions, while also drawing from developmental, attachment-based, and insight-oriented perspectives. I’m passionate about helping clients understand how past experiences, trauma, stress, and relational patterns impact emotional wellbeing, relationships, and nervous system regulation in the present. I strive to create a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel supported in building insight, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through safe relationships, self-awareness, compassion, and connection. I value authenticity, cultural humility, curiosity, and treating each client as a whole person rather than reducing them to symptoms alone. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel respected, supported, and empowered in their healing process. Outside of therapy, I enjoy learning about trauma recovery, mind-body wellness, personal growth, nature, and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
