About My Clients
My ideal client is a woman who looks like she has it all together, and is exhausted from maintaining that image. She's high-achieving, often in business or leadership, and has likely already tried therapy, journaling, and self-help books without lasting change. She's not looking for surface-level coping tools; she wants to understand why her body still braces even when life looks fine on paper. She's open to integrating the body and nervous system into her healing, not just talk.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) blending clinical psychotherapy with body-based healing. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and nervous system work, understanding how stress and old survival patterns get stored in the body and quietly run your decisions, relationships, and capacity for change. I integrate sound healing directly into sessions when clinically appropriate, using it alongside talk therapy to access what words alone can't reach. This isn't spiritual bypassing or a quick fix. it's working with what's actually happening in your body and nervous system to create real, sustainable change. I work with women who've done the work therapy, journaling, self-help, and are still anxious, still bracing, still performing fine. My approach goes deeper than talk, combining clinical training with somatic and integrative tools so clients actually feel different, not just talk about feeling different.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a woman who as a history of child & adulthood trauma. Healing isn't just mental, it's stored in the body, and if the body's not part of the work, the change won't last. I don't do spiritual bypassing or performative wellness. Spirituality and sound healing are tools I use to support clinical work, not a substitute for it. Every woman deserves care that treats her as a whole person, not a diagnosis, not a checklist of symptoms.
