I am committed to helping you identify and remove the obstacles of trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, difficult transitions, relationship issues, insecurity, problematic sexual behaviors, self-injurious behavior or acculturation stressors out of your way so you can get back to your life or maybe even feel alive for the first time.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed psychologist, I treat individuals and couples in English or Spanish through the framework of CBT, DBT, EMDR, behavioral medicine, motivational interviewing, and spiritually oriented psychotherapy.
