I work with couples that want to save their marriage. I work with couples that have "lost that spark" or that feel lonely in their relationship. I work with couples that want to strengthen their communication, and I work with couples that are seeking pre-marital counseling. My past work experience includes helping couples struggling with: infidelity, high conflict, anger management, connection, and conflict resolution.
My Background and Approach
Marriage is hard! Do you keep having the same fight over and over? Are you tired of arguing and getting nowhere? I help repair relationships and teach couples how to communicate effectively. In communication, it is sometimes more important HOW you say something as opposed to what you actually say. My expertise is in teaching communication, strengthening couples, and saving relationships. All couples argue, but it is important to fight fairly. I can help with healthy communication skills, conflict resolution, and reconnection. I do not take sides; I am focused on looking at the patterns that are helping and hurting your relationship. I respectfully challenge each partner to work on their communication skills. I teach practical communication skills with compassion and professionalism.
