About My Clients
I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, and complex trauma, using EMDR, and talk therapy to process the hurt, and pain, preventing you from having the life, and relationships that you desire.
My Background and Approach
I offer my clients compassion, openness, and empathy. I value diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and evaluate how my clients' past experiences are affecting their present lives, and relationships. I use EMDR, sand tray, and talk therapy to help clients process past trauma, and assist them with identifying achievable goals, and coping skills to manage life’s stressors.
