About My Clients
My focus is on growth, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma and I work with individuals, couples, families, and children. Together we will explore the many areas of life in a safe, trusting, and helpful environment. My work with clients focuses on creating a sense of autonomy and freedom by creating movement toward one’s goals. Making the call can be difficult, however, it is also the first step towards change. My Background and Approach
I have an integrated approach that includes a person-centered approach informed by systems, attachment, trauma-focused, motivational, and EMDR therapies. I am certified in EMDR Therapy. I trained at California State University, Fullerton and am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I have an integrated.
