Narcissistic abuse is a therapeutic specialty of mine because I have seen firsthand the deep, often invisible wounds it leaves behind. Survivors of this kind of abuse frequently struggle with self-doubt, confusion, shame, and a fractured sense of identity, often long after the relationship has ended. I'm passionate about helping clients untangle the emotional and psychological manipulation they ve endured, rebuild their sense of self, and regain trust in their own perceptions.

Sex worker issues are a specialty of mine because I believe in providing affirming, nonjudgmental support to a population that is often misunderstood, stigmatized, and underserved in mental health care. I recognize the unique challenges sex workers face, including navigating boundaries, safety concerns, discrimination, and complex interpersonal dynamics. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences without fear or shame.

I use trauma-informed therapy because it prioritizes safety, empowerment, and understanding. Many clients carry hidden wounds from past trauma that affect their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. This approach allows me to support clients with sensitivity and care, avoiding re-traumatization while helping them regain trust in themselves and others. It creates a healing space where clients feel seen, supported, and in control of their journey.

I use a holistic approach in therapy because healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Emotional pain often shows up physically and affects all areas of life. By exploring lifestyle, relationships, and personal values, I help clients uncover deeper connections between their experiences and symptoms. This approach supports lasting growth, balance, and overall well-being.

I use a culturally sensitive approach that honors each person’s unique identity and intersectionality, recognizing how culture, race, gender, and background shape their experience. Understanding these influences helps me create a respectful, inclusive space where clients feel seen and validated. This approach builds trust and ensures therapy respects their whole self, making healing more meaningful and effective.
